Levan Dolidze

Member of the Board

Levan Dolidze is the director of the Georgian Center for Security and Development. Prior to his current position, he served as the Ambassador of Georgia to NATO and First Deputy Defense Minister of Georgia where he coordinated the defense transformation and supervised policy planning and Euro-Atlantic integration process. Mr. Dolidze is a former Executive Director of the Levan Mikeladze Foundation. His experience is also associated with supervising the implementation of projects in the fields of democracy and development, as well as with the effective implementation of international legal principles at the domestic level and their further application in practice by national and international stakeholders. From 2002-2006 he worked at different positions at the Legal Issues Department of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and at the Administration of the President of Georgia. From 2006-2008 he served as a senior Georgian Diplomat (Consul) in Switzerland. Mr. Dolidze hold a Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) from Tbilisi State University and a MA in International and European Security from Geneva University/Geneva Center for Security Policy (2009).

Tinatin Bregvadze

Member of the Board
Tinatin has a solid experience in working for various local and international non-governmental organizations and foundations. During 2005-2010 she has been working for such organizations as Transparency International Georgia, World Vision Georgia, where her major focus was civic education. In 2010-2014 Tinatin became a team member of Open Society Georgia Foundation, Academic Fellowship Program. In 2012-2014 Tinatin has been overseeing the program in three south Caucasus countries – Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. She has served as an adviser to the International Center of Higher Education. In addition, Tinatin is an invited professor at Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, at the faculty of Social and Political Studies and a deputy chairperson at the authorization council at National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

Ivane Chkhikvadze

Member of the Board

Ivane Chkhikvadze holds an M.A. in European Studies and Public Administration respectively from College of Europe (Warsaw, Poland) and Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Since 2012 he works for the Open Society Georgia Foundation as EU Integration Program Manager. Prior to that he worked at the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration; Eurasia Partnership Foundation; European Stability Initiative; International Organization for Migration Mission to Georgia; He is Georgia national consultant of European Endowment for Democracy (EED). His actual professional priorities are monitoring and providing expert support to Georgia government on implementation EU/Georgia Association agreement and Visa Liberalization Action Plan.

Giorgi Goguadze

Member of the Board
Currently, Giorgi Goguadze is the Deputy Director at GCSD. Previously He was the Deputy at Georgia's Reforms Associates ( GRASS). He was elected as the President of Young Diplomat's Club of Georgia in 2014. He received BA in International Relations in 2015 ( Tbilisi State University) and MA in Diplomacy and International Politics in 2017. He is doing PhD studies in International Relations at Caucasus University. He is also the research associate at TRAC-Terrorism Research and Analyze Consortium.
