Meeting with regional administration of Samtskhe-Javakheti region
The team of the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development Center's project "Informed Choice against Pandemic" met with representatives of local self-government and regional administration at Akhaltsikhe City Hall, Samtskhe-Javakheti region. The parties discussed the current situation in the region in the field of vaccination and planned joint informational activities.
Under the project, printed informational materials in Georgian and Armenian languages were handed over to the representatives of the local self-government, the non-governmental organization "Toleranti" and the grocery store chain "Magnit".
Various media products and print materials on vaccination will be actively distributed in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region, for what the GCSD thanks the local government, civil society and the private sector.
The project is implemented with the support of the Open Society Georgia Foundation. The project aims to raise public awareness about the importance of vaccination and make vaccination more effective in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region.
